Surface-mounted junction boxes

A junction box for connecting wires is selected according to where it is being used. Protection class IP 20 for dry environments. For humid environments, protection class IP 34 is sufficient. There are ABB junction boxes in the IP 20, IP 44 and IP 55 protection classes. The junction boxes are also suitable for semi-fixed installation, e.g. sauna ovens, geysers, cookers etc., when a strain relief is used in the box for the connection cable of the mobile device.
